About the Role:
We are a US-based company operating multiple Dairy Queen restaurant franchises. We are looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. You will work remotely from Pakistan while collaborating with our team in the US during their business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for various restaurant positions.
- Conduct phone and video interviews in fluent English.
- Manage applicant data through our ATS system (Paycor).
- Post job ads and maintain visibility across hiring platforms.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.
- Assist in onboarding and ensure documentation is properly handled.
- Follow recruitment processes with speed and accuracy.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment (preferably for international or US-based companies).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.
- Familiarity with ATS systems like Paycor, Workable, or BambooHR is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Saturday: Half-day
