Your Impact
- Talent Sourcing:
- Post/optimize job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, and niche boards
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews and manage hiring team calendars
- Prepare candidate feedback reports
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist with new hire documentation and orientation
- Maintain digital employee records (HRIS)
- HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support employee queries and training programs
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 0-1 year experience (internships count!)
- Strong English/Urdu communication skills
- Resides near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
- Available Mon-Sat (6pm-2am)

- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
