Your Contribution as a Junior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist:
As an integral part of our People Operations team, you will be instrumental in:
- Strategic Job Advertising: Craft and manage compelling job advertisements across various platforms, including Indeed, to attract exceptional candidates.
- Applicant Management: Efficiently review and filter incoming applications to identify highly suitable candidates.
- Interview Logistics: Expertly coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for all prospective hires.
- New Hire Integration: Provide crucial support during the new employee onboarding process, including meticulous preparation of all necessary documentation.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and manage confidential employee records with precision within our HRIS system.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare vital HR documents and reports, upholding strict adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and contribute to various training and development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A foundational understanding of HR systems and local employment laws is a definite advantage.

- Preference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
Working Hours & Remuneration:
- Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Compensation: Up to PKR 40,000 per month
- Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
