Talent Acquisition & HR Support Specialist (Evening Shift) - Entry-Level HR (Karachi)
ABS International, a rapidly growing company in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This full-time, on-site, evening shift position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with internship experience to gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR functions within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing as a Talent Acquisition & HR Support Specialist:
As a key member of our HR team, you will:
- Optimize Job Postings: Manage and optimize job advertisements across various recruitment platforms, including Indeed, to attract top talent.
- Efficient Candidate Screening: Efficiently review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate Interviews: Take charge of coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring timely and professional communication with all candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Provide comprehensive support for the onboarding process, including preparing essential documentation for new hires.
- Maintain HR Records: Accurately maintain and manage confidential employee records within our HRIS system.
- Ensure HR Compliance: Prepare critical HR documents and reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Employee Support: Assist in responding to employee inquiries and support various training initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dedicated individual to grow with our HR team:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A basic understanding of HR systems and employment laws is a definite plus.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
Working Hours & Compensation:
- Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Compensation: Up to PKR 40,000 per month
