Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Enrichers Investment Group in Lahore. You will be responsible for HR management, maintaining HRIS, benefits administration, and training.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM

Experience: 2-3 yrs

Compensation: 60k-90k

This role is responsible for 70% of HR operations and 30% of organizational development (OD) and strategic HR initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, selection, HR branding, and organizational development. As a key point of contact for employees and managers, you will resolve issues and promote a positive work culture.

Responsibilities include but not limited to;

1- Organization Development

· Partner with the HR Head to develop and promote a corporate culture with strong team synergies and ownership.

· Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

2- Talent Acquisition

· Collaborate with the HR Head in developing job descriptions.

· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.

· Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to hiring for assigned positions.

· Source candidates through various channels, including educational institutions, job portals, social media, online advertising platforms, and professional networks.

· Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of job applications, organize and conduct interviews, and administer HR assessment tools.

· Perform reference checks (when required) and facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires.

3- HR Branding & Marketing

· Support employer branding activities to promote the company as an employer of choice.

· Develop and maintain an active talent pool for future needs through effective HR branding strategies.

· Build relationships with educational institutions for job fairs and campus recruitment activities to source talent effectively.

4. Compensation & Benefits

· Conduct salary surveys in the relevant market to analyze current salary trends in the industry.

5-Performance Appraisals

· Assist the HR Head in developing performance appraisal plans and evaluation forms.

6-Training & Development

· Conduct training needs assessments (TNAs) for all employees in collaboration with their line managers, under the supervision of the HR Head.

· Prepare and schedule in-house/out-house training plans and coordinate with external trainers if required.

· Stay updated on training programs relevant to the field.

7-HR Administrator

· Submit periodic HR data analytics reports to the HR Head and management to keep them informed of recruitment progress and other HR metrics.

· Organize internal and external HR events.

· Foster excellent employee relations and a healthy work culture by collaborating with internal stakeholders.

· May be assigned additional HR operational tasks as needed.

KSA Required:

Knowledge:

· Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection processes, job description development, skill mapping, and character building.

· Understanding of organization development, basic and advanced HR functions, and current HR trends.

Skills:

· Emotional intelligence

· Excellent communication and stress management skills

· Exceptional negotiation skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
