HubDigit is hiring HR Generalist on behalf of a client to manage core HR Operations, support employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance evaluation and development planning.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and records.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate and execute employee training and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
