Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding of new hires, and employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Monitor staff attendance and leaves, and support in payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor laws.
- Respond to employee queries and assist in organizing engagement activities.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports, letters, and documentation on time.
- Provide updated employee data and information required for payroll.
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient workplace culture.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintain inventory levels.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
