Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is essential in developing a strong company culture, improving employee engagement, and recruiting top marketing talent. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape a positive workplace that attracts, retains, and develops top performers in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our agency's business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, designers, content creators, etc.)
- Build a strong employer brand to attract creative and marketing professionals
- Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management processes
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance (labor laws, contracts, benefits)
- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention
- Organize team-building activities and foster a collaborative culture
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, coaching, and career development
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of digital marketing agency culture is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a bonus
