Lightning Quick LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR activities and help us shape a thriving workplace culture. Responsibilities:
As our Human Resources Manager, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources planning ensuring seamless, efficient, and optimized management of candidates and employees. Your day-to-day will include:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational growth, workforce planning, and HR decision-making.
- Lead recruitment efforts, attract top talent, and manage the full hiring cycle.
- Design and manage effective onboarding programs to welcome and integrate new hires.
- Identify training needs and develop engaging learning and development programs.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems that promote high performance.
- Administer payroll and ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
- Resolve employee concerns, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary actions professionally.
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR audits.
- Use tools like Time Doctor and Bamboo HR to monitor workforce trends and generate insights.
- Prepare data-driven HR reports to support executive decision-making.
- Support the CEO and leadership with special projects and high-priority tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of proven HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HRIS like Bamboo HR, payroll systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Time Doctor)
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to diplomatically handle sensitive issues of candidates and employees
- Proficiency in interviewing, assessment and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and create reports
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
