Setting up and operating duct fabrication machinery, including adjusting settings like mandrel and glass guide, and operating the jacket winding machine.
Quality Control:
Ensuring that the fabricated ductwork meets specifications by verifying dimensions, alignments, and air tightness.
Maintenance and Safety:
Maintaining the machine, keeping the work area clean and organized, and adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving issues with the machinery or the fabrication process.
