Mars BPO Pvt Ltd. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Inbound & Chat Support Agents ( Females)to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone calls and live chat to resolve queries, provide product information, and ensure an excellent customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Record customer interactions in the system accurately and thoroughly
- Meet performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
NOTE: (Night Shift - International Campaign only)

Experience: 70k till 100k
For Full time 6PM - 4AM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service, inbound call center, or live chat support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Language(s), e.g., English – any other languages if required].
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat platforms, and call center software is a plus.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts or flexible hours
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complaints with empathy
