We are seeking a talented and motivated Integration Engineer to join our growing team. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless integration of our software with clients' existing systems and applications. You will work closely with both our internal development teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
Job Responsibilities
Implementation:
- Implement and configure integrations with low code integration platform based on internal and external API specifications
Data Mapping & Transformation:
- Work on data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate data flows between systems, leveraging API endpoints, EDI standards, data connectors, and ETL processes.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide support for deployed integrations, identifying and resolving technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity for customers.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve integration processes.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support teams, to ensure a cohesive integration process.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.
Job Requirements
- Experience with iPaaS software such as Axway, Mulesoft
- Experience with data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate data flows between systems, leveraging API endpoints, EDI standards, data connectors, and ETL processes.
- Expertise in integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
- Proficiency with ERP systems, data models, APIs, and business processes.
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud platforms.
