Job Purpose
Assist in maintaining and organizing production process documentation and Support in the optimization of production workflows and processes.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Pharm-D / master’s degree in science is required for this role.
- Fresh graduates or up to 6- months of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing/ Quality Assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Discussion of daily planning and work schedule with Department Head.
- To ensure the follow up of production activities as per given production schedule
- To follow & maintain activities as per standard operating procedure, as necessary coordinate with Engineering for preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
- Collecting and analyzing production data for reporting purposes
- To gain professional and technical knowledge by attending EHS, QMS and GMP trainings at the site and through my learning.
- To ensure compliance with GMP and QMS within department.
