Job Title: International Sales Agent (Night Shift)

Shift: 9:00 PM Onwards
Salary: Base 60,000 PKR + Commission (Avg. 90K–100K)
Techsol IT is hiring dynamic Cold Calling Sales Agents with fluent English and at least 6 months of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international clients
- Pitch IT services and qualify leads
- Meet KPIs and maintain CRM records
- Handle objections and close deals
Requirements:
- Fluent English (neutral or near-native accent)
- 6+ months of sales/cold calling experience
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Punctual, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- CRM experience is a plus
