TeknoFlair is a WordPress development agency specializing in LMS (LearnDash), Memberships (PMPro), and community platforms (BuddyBoss). We help e-learning platforms, training institutes, and digital entrepreneurs build tailored websites and plugin-based solutions.
What You’ll Do
We’re hiring an intern who’s eager to learn and contribute to our growth. You will support prospecting and client engagement tasks across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Upwork, you’ll be:
- Researching and identifying potential clients (agencies, businesses, entrepreneurs)
- Engaging with leads via messages, DMs, emails
- Booking intro calls or demo meetings with interested prospects
- Experimenting with outreach messages and improving response rates
- Tracking responses and maintaining a simple lead sheet (we’ll train you)
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or final year student (any field with strong English)
- Curiosity to understand B2B, agencies, SaaS, LMS, or digital services
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proactive approach — you try before asking
- Comfortable with research, writing, outreach messages, and online tools
- Bonus: You’ve used LinkedIn, Instagram, Upwork, or Facebook Pages

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months (leading to full-time, based on performance)
- Stipend: Rs. 15,000/month (commission on closed deals)
