Job Title: Islamic Lecturer & Teaching Associate
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 2, Karachi
Timings: 08:00 PM to 06:00 AM
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Islamic Lecturer & Teaching Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Islamic education, supporting academic instruction, and assisting in basic operational tasks within the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging Islamic lectures to students, with clear references from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
- Conduct online sessions on a variety of Islamic topics, tailored to the level and needs of the students.
- Provide academic support in other educational areas as required.
- Assist in monitoring class progress, student participation, and overall learning outcomes.
- Support the academy's operational tasks such as class scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination with management.
- Ensure a respectful, inclusive, and faith-centered learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Islamic studies with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and accurately.
- Fluent English and prior teaching experience in an Islamic or academic setting is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle basic operational responsibilities.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to Islamic values.
Qualifications:.
- Must be Scholar (ALIM)
- Must be good in Tajweed rules
- Must be fluent in English
