Position: German Speaking Sales Force (Remote)

Description:
The Role is a remote, work-from-home position based in Pakistan, requiring fluent German (B2-C1). Agents make outbound calls to confirm orders and upsell health-related products, earning €4.5/hour, monthly benefits, and sales commissions. The job offers flexible shifts, 20 annual vacation days, 10 sick days, and perks like language course support and monthly compensations after three months. No prior experience is required, as training is provided. Candidates must have strong communication skills, sales motivation, and reliable internet with necessary equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to a "warm" customer base to confirm orders and upsell health-related products (e.g., vitamins, biologically active supplements) using provided scripts.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements Technical Skills
- Language: Fluent German (B2-C1 level).
Knowledge:
- Prior experience in sales or call centers is preferred but not necessary
- Candidates with a strong willingness to learn sales techniques are encouraged to apply.
Technical Setup:
- Wired Internet (minimum 60 Mbps, ping under 200) or 5G mobile Internet.
- PC or laptop with a headset.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Stress resistance and ability to handle pressure.
- Results-oriented and highly motivated towards sales.
Academic Background and Experience
- No specific educational requirements.
- Previous work experience is not mandatory.
Employment Terms Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: €4.5/hour.
- Monthly Benefits: €180.
- Commission: 1.2% of the total value of goods sold and paid for by customers.
- Payment Schedule: Bi-monthly payments via crypto wallet, Wise, or Euro currency cards (candidate’s choice).
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week (flexible shifts available).
- Shift timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
- 20 vacation days and 10 sick leave days annually.
