This position is for a full-time Customer Services role catering to Spanish-speaking individuals.
The individual will be tasked with daily responsibilities such as communicating on calls and
emails and aiding customers in Spanish within the insurance industry.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
- Ability to communicate and assist clients in Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Familiar with computer system usage
- Has separate office at home with strong internet connection
- Average verbal English communication
