Job Description: We are currently hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team in Gulberg II, Lahore. The selected candidate will handle customer support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring high-quality assistance in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in Spanish via email, chat, and phone Deliver accurate, timely, and courteous support
Document all customer interactions properly
Escalate unresolved issues as needed
Requirements: Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish
Good communication skills
Basic computer and typing ability Customer service experience is a plus
