Job Description: We are hiring French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team in Gulberg II, Lahore. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone, providing excellent service in French.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in French via email, live chat, and phone calls Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of interactions
Escalate complex queries when necessary
Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written French
Basic computer and typing skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Previous customer service experience is a plus
