About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and tech-aware IT Hardware & Software Sales Trainee to join our sales team. In this role, you will be directly involved in generating leads, conducting client meetings/calls, understanding technical requirements, and closing deals for both IT software and hardware solutions.
This is a sales-focused role ideal for freshers with a background in software, IT, or systems who are eager to step into a business development career while staying connected to the technical side of things.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
- Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and demos.
- Understand client requirements for software solutions (e.g. CRM, licenses) and hardware needs (laptops, systems, networking equipment).
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and close deals effectively.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and track the sales pipeline.
Preferred Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronics.
- Strong interest in both technology and sales.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Confident, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a technical sales career.
- Freshers with knowledge of software systems and basic tech solutions are encouraged to apply.
