About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and technically curious IT Infrastructure Sales Trainee to support our infrastructure project and solution sales efforts. This role is ideal for freshers with a background or interest in networking, systems, and infrastructure design, especially those who understand or have studied Cisco technologies.
As part of our team, you'll be trained to assist in analyzing client environments, identifying infrastructure gaps, and recommending networking and infrastructure solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing client infrastructure environments and identifying gaps or improvement areas.
- Recommend and pitch IT infrastructure solutions based on client needs.
- Support the preparation of solution documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Participate in client discovery calls, leads generation, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on trends in networking, infrastructure, and cloud integration.
Preferred Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Interest in or exposure to Cisco networking, routing, switching, and security concepts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand client environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Keen interest in IT infrastructure consulting, networking solutions, and client engagement.
