TechStead is looking for "HR Executive" who is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR processes and administrative tasks. The incumbent will play a key role in managing HR Operations, Recruitment process, HR Operational Activities, HR data accuracy, employee records, HR Analytics, compliance, and supporting HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update employee records, utilizing Excel for data storage and analysis.
· Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations by using Excel for tracking and reporting.
· Manage Recruitment activities, including creating and maintaining candidate databases in Excel.
· Onboarding process for new hires.
· Use Excel to manage benefits enrollment and provide support to employees with benefits-related inquiries.
· Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.
· Payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and generating Excel-based reports.
· Address payroll-related queries from employees.
· Track employee attendance and leave records using Excel.
· Ensure that leave policies are adhered to and properly documented.
· Handle employee inquiries and provide information or referrals as necessary.
· Support HR in resolving employee issues and conflicts, using Excel for data analysis when applicable.
· Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
· Maintain and update HR software systems and databases.
· Generate HR reports and analytics.
· Perform general HR administrative tasks, including filing, and maintaining HR supplies, with a focus on Excel data management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in HR operations or a related role with MS Excel expertise.
· Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Timings: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (Monday to Friday) - Night Shift

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
