Job Summary:
Xtraordinary Minds is hiring a Junior Laravel Developer with strong fundamentals in backend development. If you’re passionate about clean code, building APIs, and working on real-world applications, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel framework
- Create and manage RESTful APIs
- Write clean, secure, and scalable PHP code
- Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including writing queries and migrations
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Debug issues, test new features, and optimize performance
- Maintain version control using Git
- Write technical documentation where required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP)
- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful services
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with Blade templates, Laravel Mix, and Eloquent ORM
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end integration
- Experience with Git/GitHub for code versioning
- Basic understanding of API security and authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
