Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate high-quality leads for our international business development team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in market research, email list building, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in international markets (primarily B2B).
- Build accurate lead lists with verified contact information.
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and others to find decision-makers.
- Initiate cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand over to sales team.
- Track and report lead generation metrics weekly.
- Maintain CRM or spreadsheet to organize leads and outreach status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in digital marketing or tech industry).
- Strong research and data scraping skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo, etc.
- Excellent written communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
- Knowledge of international markets is a plus.
