We are looking for a BDE (Lead generation specialist).
Job Description:
- We are currently in need of two Business Development Executives (BDEs) to strengthen our outbound sales efforts. These roles will primarily focus on cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads and drive top-of-funnel engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct cold calls to potential clients across target industries
· Perform outreach via LinkedIn to identify and connect with prospects
· Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
· Maintain and update lead data in the CRM
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Outreach
· Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
- Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000 salary + Sales commission
