Business Development Intern
On-site: Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi.
PAID Internship: potential for full-time.
Responsibilities
- Support lead generation efforts across LinkedIn and other platforms
- • Maintain conversations with potential clients on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
- • Help schedule intro meetings with prospects
- • Call and follow up with leads to introduce Agile ManageX
- • Assist in updating lead sheets, CRM, and tracking outreach progress
- • Contribute to sales-related content and proposals
- • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- • Learn the basics of negotiating and closing deals alongside experienced BD executives
Requirement
- recent grad in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- • Strong communication skills and confidence in professional conversations
- • Highly organized with great follow-up skills
- • Comfortable with outreach and cold communication
- • Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other CRMs
