As we scale our operations and expand our market reach, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to own and optimize our lead generation engine.
Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager – Lead Generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving qualified leads for our sales team. You will design and manage multi-channel campaigns—including LinkedIn drip campaigns, cold email outreach, and cold-calling agents (Prosp, Bland, etc.)—to generate consistent deal flow. You’ll also work closely with leadership to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and execute content-driven, targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement end-to-end outbound lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers in the U.S. healthcare industry.
- ICP Definition & Campaign Targeting:
Research, define, and continually refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on market insights, sales feedback, and campaign performance.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
- Design and run LinkedIn drip campaigns using automation tools.
- Write and manage cold email outreach sequences with strong CTAs.
- Onboard, train, and manage third-party cold-calling agents (e.g., Prosp, Bland), including setting scripts, target lists, and KPIs.
- Content Alignment:
Work with content creators or independently develop campaign content (messages, scripts, emails) tailored to each segment and channel.Track and report on KPIs such as open rates, response rates, conversions, and meetings booked. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads, feedback loops, and alignment on messaging.Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, ideally in a startup or healthcare/HealthTech environment.
- Demonstrated success managing outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, Prosp, Bland, etc.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and buyer personas (providers, payers, health systems, etc.).
- Ability to create high-converting copy and outreach content.
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and data-driven optimization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience launching a new product or market in the U.S. healthcare space.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.
- Experience managing outsourced lead gen vendors or SDR teams.
