Role description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage PCC product implementation projects from planning to delivery.
Guide implementation engineers and ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and SLAs.
Collaborate with Product Consultants, Analysts, and Solution Architects to gather and analyze business requirements.
Create low-level designs (LLDs), configure solutions, and finalize builds.
Conduct impact assessments and support change management activities.
Assist in QA, testing, debugging, and resolution of implementation issues.
Estimate effort and timelines, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Continuously refine tools, templates, and implementation best practices.
Mentor team members and contribute to their development goals (OKRs/FAST goals).
