We are hiring experienced Live Transfer Agents / Verification Officers for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in DME or a US healthcare campaign. This role involves pre-qualifying patients, verifying insurance information, and transferring eligible leads to the closing team.
Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live verification calls with patients and confirm DME eligibility criteria
- Accurately capture and document patient and insurance information
- Ensure all required data is verified before transferring the lead to the closer
- Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient lead transfers
- Meet daily transfer and verification targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a DME campaign.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of insurance verification processes and medical terminology
- Ability to manage calls professionally and handle sensitive data securely
- Night shift availability and consistency in performance
