About the Opportunity:
We are offering a service provision opportunity for skilled professionals in HR sourcing and recruitment who are also capable of handling Upwork project bidding wit measurable results.
Performance Requirement:
- Source and bid on 10 relevant projects within 3 hours
- Achieve 3–4 positive responses from clients
- Successfully close at least 1 deal per day
Experience Required:
- Proven track record of 3-4 years in Upwork bidding and lead conversion
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Training and team management experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Idenmize proposals for maximum client engagement
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for recruitment projects
- Maintaintify and bid on high-potential projects daily
- Custo a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates and closed deals
Outcomes Expected:
- Daily closure of at least 1 Upwork project
Contract & Payment Details:
Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
Work Mode: Remote
Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
Compensation: $100–$200/week (performance-based)
Payment: Biweekly
