we are actively seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative/ Patient Service Representative (PSR) who is a Spanish Speaker.
Location: Pakistan (Remote)
Timing: US Central Time(6pm -3 am PST)
Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for scheduling/canceling the appointments.
- Recalling patients to schedule the future appointments.
- Responding to them via email or the live chat option and helping patients connect with the provider.
- You would have to complete the patient's file in the EMR system and upload the documents before their first appointment.
- You will communicate with other team members to forward requests and resolve patients' concerns regarding any department.
- PSR will be the first interaction with the patient, so its important to have good communication skills with a better understanding.
- Behavior should be welcoming to give them the best experience with the facility.
Qualification:
- Have experience in a US/UK based Call Centre of HealthCare facilities.
- Can able to speak Spanish fluently
- Should be aware of HIPAA.
