Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads within our target audience.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to present Claims Med’s services.
- Qualify leads and set up follow-up appointments with decision-makers.
- Maintain an organized record of prospects, calls, and outcomes.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience (Minimum 1 year) in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (healthcare/claims industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
