Company Overview: We are a Pakistan-based digital marketing agency helping businesses in the UK and UAE grow through paid ads, SEO, and targeted lead generation. We’re now expanding our outbound sales team to increase our client base in these regions.
Role Summary: We’re hiring a remote full-time outreach and calling specialist to connect with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, booking discovery calls, and following up with prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify B2B leads in the UK & UAE
- Send cold outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Make outbound cold calls using provided scripts
- Book meetings via Calendly with qualified leads
- Track activity in CRM tools
- Follow up on previous outreach and update status regularly
✅ Requirements:
- Excellent English (written + spoken)
- Confident and clear phone communication skills
- 1-2+ year experience in lead generation or sales (cold email + calls)
- Familiar with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, CRM systems
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Must be available 12 PM – 9 PM (PKT), Monday to Friday
- Must have stable internet and quiet work environment
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000/month
