Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn
- Run cold email campaigns to generate quality leads
- Research and target specific industries or companies
- Engage in conversations that lead to discovery calls
- Maintain follow-ups and CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach messaging
Requirements:
- 1+ years in B2B Business Development (LinkedIn and cold email)
- Proven track record of setting appointments and generating leads
- Excellent written English communication
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly is a plus
- Creative and persistent in outreach strategy
- Growth mindset, team player
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in Web & App Development services
- Ability to coordinate handoff to sales or delivery teams
