Job Description:
We're looking for a strategic, self-driven marketer who lives and breathes outbound. Someone who understands the art and science of cold outreach, knows how to get results without hand-holding, and can build systems that generate real pipeline, not just engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is not a checklist role. You’ll be helping us execute a high-level demand generation strategy across outbound channels with a focus on email, LinkedIn, and intent-based targeting. You’ll work directly on strategic accounts with high expectations and tight ICP definitions.
You’re not just a task executor. You’re a builder, an optimizer, and a strategist who knows:
- How to create outreach flows that get replies, not just opens
- How to think like the target buyer (not just spam them)
- How to use tools like HubSpot, Smartlead/Instantly, Clay, Apollo, Dripify, etc.
- How to prioritize signal over noise
- And most importantly, how to get meetings booked
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years experience in outbound marketing, demand gen, or B2B growth roles
- Deep understanding of cold email, persona-based messaging, and outbound systems
- Experience with HubSpot and outbound platforms (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
- Sharp, resourceful, and strategic mindset
- Strong writing and communication skills — you know how to make words sell
- Able to work independently without micromanagement or step-by-step instructions
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, client-facing environments
- Experience with training and communicating with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or FinTech
- Built and scaled outbound systems from scratch
- Solid grasp of list building tools like Clay, Sales Nav, or Apollo
- Familiarity with CRM and lead scoring workflows
Location:
Remote applicants are welcome, but must be available and active on Zoom during working hours. Camera-on is not mandatory, but real-time presence and communication are.
If you're located in the same city as our team, this will be considered an in-house role.
Compensation: Based on experience. We’re looking for value, not just a resume.
