We're now hiring a Social Media & Content Executive to help manage and grow client content across LinkedIn and Instagram. This role starts with execution but has plenty of room to grow into planning and content creation.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the content calendar: Keep things organized, on schedule, and client-ready
- Publish content on LinkedIn and Instagram (and other platforms if needed)
- Write or improve post copy based on draft ideas or outlines
- Edit visuals using tools like Canva (or give clear direction to designers)
- Track performance and share light monthly reports (reach, engagement, etc.)
- Work directly with clients to gather feedback and align on revisions
- Suggest post ideas based on client goals, services, or trends
- Spot content gaps and help us improve workflows and systems
What You’ll Need:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or creative VA work
- Strong copywriting skills that sound natural and human
- Ability to create visuals for posts and carousels using tools like Canva
- Good eye for layout, formatting, and visual hierarchy
- Organized and dependable with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Familiar with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Trello, and content schedulers like Meta Creator Studio, Buffer, or Later
- Comfortable working with feedback and communicating directly with clients
Bonus If You...
- Have worked with B2B clients or startups
- Have experience in healthcare, sustainability, or tech
- Know how to simplify complex services into engaging social posts
- Are comfortable writing light copy from scratch or based on a prompt
- Have hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
- Have experience with SEM or basic Google Ads setup and optimization
- Understand key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS — and can act on them
- Want to grow into content strategy, performance marketing, or brand voice ownership
