Manager - Agency and Trustee Services
Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Master's degree in finance from an HEC recognized institute/university or ACCA. Advance certification in Islamic banking & finance will be preferred.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and documentation review skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of financial models
- Ability to manage multiple transactions under deadlines
- Understanding of Islamic finance and SBP/SECP regulations
Responsibilities:
- Liaising for agency and trustee roles in structured finance deals
- Ensuring compliance with legal, transaction, and Shariah requirements
- Reviewing documentation and coordinating with stakeholders
- Monitoring notices, payments, and maintaining records
- Supporting investment banking in structuring and closing deals
