ZMT Primary Healthcare Network is urgently looking for young & energetic Manager Medical Services for our clinics network based in Karachi
Eligibility:
- Medical degree (MBBS) with Master in Healthcare Management (preferable).
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing clinical affairs in healthcare network.
Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure as a team member and individual in challenging situation
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in delivering healthcare services efficiently and timely.
Job Summary:
- During clinic visits monitoring and evaluation of clinical staff, identifying gaps in Quality Assurance and devising action plans to address them while aligning with the organization's vision
- Analyzing data, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards are paramount.
- Overseeing day to day clinical operations by scheduling medical officers at all clinics.
Other Requirements:
- This role may require frequent travelling within city therefore, a Male candidate will be preferred
