- Handling e-filing under SECP Companies Act, 2017 and other applicable regulations
- Compliance reporting matters pertaining to directors of the Bank.
- Annual subscriptions and licensing fees renewals of Banker to an Issue, Underwriter and Consultant to an Issue under SECP regulations
- Notice of AGM/EOGM drafting, publication in newspapers and submission to SECP.
- Planning, coordination and execution of the General Meeting (Annual/Extraordinary) and other shareholder meetings/events as required in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance and weekly review of all MIS, checklists, record keepings of Corporate Compliance & Board related documentation.
- Correspondence with subsidiaries and associated entities for statutory compliances.
- Review of the policies and SOPs for meeting compliance with regulatory requirement.
- Reporting for unclaimed dividends under SECP regulations
- Assist in dividend payments and TFC coupon payments.
- MIS and declarations for statutory registers required under SECP regulations.
- Correspondence with PSX, Share registrar & CDC for corporate action and book closure notices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate . Can have a relevant professional qualification from a reputable educational institute
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years
