What is Manager ERP/BPM?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager ERP/BPM to lead the design, development, customization, and support of enterprise-level ERP systems and surrounding business applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with a hands-on background in application development, coupled with deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle ERP and SAP ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automation, workflow optimization, and building custom tools to enhance enterprise productivity.
What does Manager ERP/BPM do?
- Lead the development and customization of end-to-end ERP system modules to align with evolving business requirements.
- Manage a team of developers and analysts responsible for ERP and in-house business application platforms.
- Architect, design, and deliver custom enterprise tools, APIs, and integrations across Organization.
- Identify, analyze, and automate manual business processes using custom-built apps, RPA, or scripting solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Ensure system stability, scalability, performance, and security of deployed ERP solutions and business-critical applications.
- Lead change management, UAT, and deployment processes to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with vendors and external consultants for upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise application development and ERP systems.
- Strong command of application development frameworks, including but not limited to: Oracle ERP, Oracle Forms, Oracle Fusion, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, .NET, Python (optional), Angular/React.js
- Hands-on experience in Fullstack Business Apps: Customization, reporting, automations, Backend Services, interface development.
- Strong database knowledge – Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with ETL, data migration, API integration, and middleware tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with RPA tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in Telecom industry is a big plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands on Experience on Big Data Platform (i.e., Hadoop Ecosystem) is a plus.
