Job Title: Manager Product and Sales
Manager Product and Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for our client's cutting-edge cash management software solutions tailored for the banking sector. The best candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring effective payments follow-ups to achieve revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
· Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the overall business strategy.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the banking sector.
3. Payments Follow-ups:
· Monitor and follow up on payments from clients in coordination with the finance and accounts receivable teams.
· Address payment discrepancies and ensure timely resolution to maintain positive client relationships.
4. Team Leadership:
· Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
· Provide training, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Proposal Development:
· Collaborate with the technical and product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
· Ensure proposals align with client needs and industry requirements.
6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
· Develop accurate sales forecasts and report regularly on sales performance against targets.
· Provide detailed and timely sales reports to senior management.
7. Contract Negotiation:
· Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
· Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
8. Customer Satisfaction:
· Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
· Work closely with customer support teams to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
9. Collaboration and Communication:
· Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align business goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. No experience required. Candidates who have just finished their BBA can apply with full confidence. Fresh candidates will be preferred.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
