Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Female Sales Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales manager with daily operations and customer communication.
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Prepare BOQs, technical documents, and generate sales performance reports.
- Organize meetings, client visits, and support pre- and post-sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer-facing role; experience in the solar/renewable energy sector will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
