About Us:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Assistant Sales Manager to support our growing sales team and contribute to our clean energy mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director Sales in daily operations, sales activities, and lead management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and commercial solar markets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on potential leads generated through marketing campaigns and field visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and update databases regularly.
- Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, marketing, and operations departments to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Attend field visits, client meetings, and trade shows as required.
Requirements:
- Gender Requirement: Female candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or technical services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field visits or client meetings when required.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the solar energy sector or B2C and B2B sales.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidence in delivering product presentations and engaging with clients professionally.
