We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Supply Chain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain operations, with 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Utilize ERP systems for demand forecasting, planning, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Strong preference for candidates from the automobile or automotive parts industry.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and supply chain management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
