What is Manager Transformation & EPMO?
Transformation & EPMO is the strategic engine room that orchestrates enterprise delivery, drives cross-functional execution, and ensures that Jazz’s boldest ambitions translate into actionable, trackable outcomes. Operating within a high-visibility portfolio, the role ensures delivery hygiene, supports governance adherence, and drives momentum across Jazz’s enterprise projects.
The Project Manager takes full ownership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, leading execution, structuring delivery, and enabling clarity across senior stakeholders and delivery teams. This role suits candidates who are strategic yet hands-on, capable of driving ambiguity into action, and comfortable interfacing across cross-functional teams, and leadership. The ideal candidate blends project hygiene with creative problem-solving, ensuring that Jazz’s most critical programs are well-scoped, well-governed, and well-executed. This position reports to the Head of Transformation and EPMO and is part of the Strategy team.
What does Manager Transformation & EPMO do?
As Manager in the Transformation & EPMO team, you will:
- Lead enterprise-level projects end-to-end: from framing and decomposition to delivery and governance.
- Own all project rituals including CFT cadences, SteerCo updates, interdependency reviews, and milestone tracking.
- Translate high-level business intent into structured workstreams and measurable KPIs.
- Build project charters, RAID logs, delivery plans, and escalation frameworks.
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders on assigned programs.
- Frame issues and solutions independently and facilitate decision-making with senior sponsors.
- Shape narratives for weekly/quarterly reviews and ELT discussions, collaborating with team members.
- Institutionalize project hygiene, delivery standards, and PMO templates across assigned initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, enabling them to grow into future project leaders.
Requirements
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be Manager Transformation & EPMO?
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably 2-3 years in a project management, strategy, or consulting role.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of independently managing cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholder exposure.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to connect execution to strategy and translate business problems into project structures.
- Execution Discipline: Fluent in PMO tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Asana/MS Projects, RAID, OKRs) and governance rituals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence across levels (including ELT).
- Problem Solving: Highly analytical with a bias for action and structured decision-making.
- People Development: Able to coach, mentor, and guide junior colleagues while upholding a high-performance bar.
