One World Immigration Law Consultant is a leading immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to clients seeking opportunities abroad. We specialize in skilled immigration, business immigration, and student visas, ensuring a seamless process for our clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asst. Branch / Sales Manager to lead our local operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the branch Manager in Supervising and managing daily operations of the Multan Branch.
- Lead initial consultations and assess clients’ immigration needs.
- Support the preparation and submission of immigration applications.
- Ensure proper documentation, case follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely case processing.
- Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed.
- Build strong local partnerships and promote the company’s services across key channels.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master is a Plus).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, Sales & Team Management or a related administrative/supervisory role.
- Proven experience in setting up or managing internal branch operations is essential.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles and basic team coordination is a strong plus.
- Expertise & Abilities:
- Good understanding of visa and immigration processes, especially for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe.
- Familiarity with student visas, skilled migration, visit visas, and immigration eligibility assessments.
- Knowledge of required documentation, case file handling, and embassy protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Urdu).
- Ability to assess client profiles and provide initial immigration advice.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
