Role Description
- Visit and meet potential and existing business clients at their locations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of visits and client interactions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide timely feedback and reports on client interactions, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally at external meetings, events, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills, Marketing Skills, and Communication Skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of retail industry and IT solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong presentation skills and a proactive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus
Timings : 9 am - 6 pm
Monday till Friday
Salary with commission based on target
