Job Overview:
CoreInc.io is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team in Lahore. This is a revenue-focused, strategic role ideal for candidates with a solid background in B2B IT services marketing. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end marketing initiatives aimed at generating and converting international leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting international clients (US/UK/EU)
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets across channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, paid ads)
- Generate and nurture qualified inbound and outbound leads
- Execute lead generation campaigns through digital platforms and cold outreach
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, and email automation platforms
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business revenue goals
- Track marketing KPIs and present weekly performance/ROI reports
- Represent the company at virtual networking events, webinars, and industry forums
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing or business development role, preferably in an IT company
- Hands-on experience with international campaigns targeting the US/UK/Europe
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of IT services: software development, web/mobile apps, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Existing network in the IT outsourcing or consulting industry
- Proven track record of successful lead-gen or ROI-driven campaigns
