We’re looking for a strategic B2B Marketing Lead with 3-5 years of experience in brand building, social media amplification, and sales-driven outreach for IT/ITeS services. You’ll own our company’s digital footprint, crafting a compelling brand narrative, engaging key stakeholders on professional platforms (LinkedIn, industry forums), and creating content that bridges marketing and sales.
Ideal Candidate:
- You understand how brand perception fuels lead generation in B2B.
- You’re adept at leveraging social media for thought leadership, not just vanity metrics.
- You’ve worked closely with sales teams on outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events).
Key Responsibilities: Brand & Social Leadership:
- Develop and execute a B2B brand strategy that positions us as a trusted IT services partner.
- Manage our LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche industry platforms, curating/creating content (posts, videos, CEO/leadership blogs) to boost engagement with enterprises.
- Collaborate with leadership to build executive branding (byline articles, webinar appearances).
Aligned Outreach:
- Run targeted LinkedIn/email outreach campaigns in sync with sales teams.
- Track engagement metrics (profile visits, inbound leads) tied to social efforts.
Content & Partnerships:
- Partner with analysts, influencers, and industry bodies for co-branded content and PR.
- Repurpose technical solutions into client-centric storytelling (e.g., "How we solved [X] for [Enterprise]").
What We’re NOT Looking For:
- Candidates who only manage organic social media without a B2B lead-gen focus.
- Those without experience in sales collateral or stakeholder (analyst/partner) engagement.
- Professionals who measure success by follower count over meaningful conversations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing (IT services, consulting, or SaaS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with B2B content generation and manage relevant social media platforms.
- Portfolio showing brand/social campaigns that drove engagement or leads.
- Exposure to sales teams or partnership marketing (a big plus).
- Must have an idea about the Marketing practices of multiple IT related countries.
